THE ROSE ROOM
The "Rose Room" is located upstairs with a spectacular view of the Creston Valley and Kootenay River. This room contains a queen sized, antique cast iron bed, Vientiane style hand painted furniture and a touch of roses décor. Prices per night are single occupancy $65 and double occupancy $85. This bedroom shares the four-piece bathroom on the top floor.

THE GREEN ROOM
The "Green Room" is on the south side of the house with a view of the pristine forest where you may see deer, wild turkeys or coyotes. There have been sightings of bear and cougar in the past. This bedroom has a queen size bed, cozy with quilts and hooked rug, and a variety of shades of green. It is adjacent to the four-piece bathroom, which can be a private bath when the other top floor bedrooms are not occupied.

THE VICTORIAN ROOM
The "Victorian Room" is tastefully decorated in the style of the Victorian era, with a queen sized bed. It also overlooks the Creston Valley and Kootenay River and is located on the cool northern side of the house. The prices are the same as the Rose Room, and it too shares the upstairs bathroom.

THE MAIN FLOOR
The main floor with the living area has a fourth bedroom with a balcony and ensuite. This room is located on the eastern wing of the house, has a queen-size bed and is luxuriously decorated . The morning sun touches this room first, with the balcony leading to a deck where one might enjoy their morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds. The view is breathtaking of the Creston Valley, from the Kootenay River all the way to Leach Lake. The rates for this room and the Green Room are single occupancy $75 per night, and double occupancy $95.

THE BUNKHOUSE
The Stable apartment, nicknamed "The Bunkhouse" by previous guests, is a two-bedroom apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, 3-piece bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The apartment is equipped with Starchoice satellite service, VCR/DVD player and air conditioning, as well as having a sitting area downstairs and upstairs where the kitchen is located. You can sit on the deck upstairs and have a fantastic view of the Creston valley, or watch the stars in the cool night air. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed plus bunk beds, to accommodate four or more people comfortably. The apartment is located next to the apple orchard, which is fenced to provide a run for dogs that might be travelling with the family. Since Rosehaven Farm B&B is a fully operational farm, accommodations can be made for horses, for a minimal fee if we provide feed.
